About Us
Cecere Law, LLC, has over 30 years of litigation experience in the state and federal courts of Maryland and The District of Columbia. We began by successfully defending local and national corporations and insurance companies in a broad range of claims including construction liability, motor vehicle torts, premises liability, products liability, wrongful death, dental and pharmaceutical malpractice, food-related illness and injuries, as well as security/wrongful arrests and/or detention. We also started representing individuals in their personal injury claims in the same areas of law that we had defended the companies and insurers. We began finding more satisfaction in helping individuals through what is often a very difficult time, and helping them get back to their normal, pre-injury lives as best possible.
Our focus now is primarily individual personal injury claims and we have built a successful practice doing so. We believe that our past work defending corporations and insurers equips us with an advantageous knowledge and experience that many personal injury firms do not possess.
